Your lawyer

A registered lawyer, not a call centre

HolaResidency is led by a lawyer registered with a Spanish bar association, who takes responsibility for every case and signs every filing. You talk to the person who actually works on your file.

What we can and cannot promise

We prepare well-founded applications and follow them through. The final decision belongs to the consulate, the immigration office or the tax agency, so nobody can honestly guarantee the result. If your case has a weak point, we will tell you before you pay.

Frequently asked questions

Can I apply for the digital nomad visa from inside Spain?

Yes, if you are legally in Spain (for example as a tourist) you can apply for the residence permit for international remote work from here. Whether it is better to apply from Spain or from a consulate depends on your situation; we look at it in the first consultation.

How much income do I need?

The thresholds are linked to the Spanish minimum wage and change every year, with extra amounts for each family member. We check the figures that apply on the date you file.

Do I need to speak Spanish?

No. We work with you in English or Spanish and deal with the administration in Spanish.

Is the Beckham Law always a good idea?

Not always. It can lower your taxes a lot, but it has requirements, a strict deadline and trade-offs. We review it with your numbers before you decide.

How much does it cost?

Each service has a fixed fee that we quote in writing after the first consultation, before you commit. Official fees and translations are separate and listed in the quote.

Tell us about your move
